Background

The URBAN WATER initiative tackles problems related to urban water systems by integrating issues with territorial planning of urban settlements and making use of expertise within several countries of North Western Europe. The approach does not only include the technical approach but also concentrates on communication, increasing the awareness of involved actors and trying to promote the development and acceptance of other then traditional methods.
