Project Management

Key actors of the urban water project are the Lead Partner and eight regional partners. The Lead Partner (EG) takes over the overall responsibility for the project. He is responsible for the functioning of the working structure which consists of an Advisory Group, a Partner Group and two workgroups. He is also responsible for external expertise / external consulting which is related to the common project tasks.Therefore, a project co-ordinator and a part-time finance manager are employed at the Lead Partner.
